It's a cozy village style holiday house situated in a olive grove of 830m2 close to the beach.
It's a perfect location for people that want to wind down and relax from a busy every day life. It's thé place where you get a feeling of tranquility while you sit on the terrace under the olive trees enjoying something to drink and maybe even reed that book that to have planed for a long time.

Do you want to go out? There are enough things to do!
In an area with a beautiful kind of wild rough nature and a breathtaking view on the Taïgetos mountains (2400 m) and the sea is it
very good hiking and in the nearby villages of Stoupa and Kardamili is it nice to go shopping, walk along the boulevard and beach or sit and relax on a terrace watching the people go by. There a also a lot of archeological places in the surrounding worth visiting like Mystras, the old city of Messinia, Monemvasia, Vathia, the castle of Methoni and Olympia. The house is 350 meter from the Pantazi Beach that's on a walk able distance (5 min). Close to the beach is a simple tavern and there is a shower and a dressing cabine. You can also get parasols and sun beds there.
A little further you find the tavern of Fam. Voulimenea, that's 50 meter from the beach and 400 meter from the house. The Centrum of  the village Ag. Nikolaos lies approximately  1000 meter from the house. The first supermarket you find at 750 meter, where you can buy fresh bread every day and other daily needs.

In the village are 3 supermarkets, 8 tavern's, butcher, 2 cafés, post office, pharmacy, bakery, car rent, medical Centrum, some shops and a night club (only in the summer).

Consists of a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic plate, big fridge, hood and enough panes an kitchen equipment. The living has a sit space with (luxury sleeping) couch. The bedroom has a double box spring bed with nightstands and French doors witch lead to a small terrace, u can look straight into the olive grove from your bed. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, washing stand and walk-in-shower. The covered (pergola) spacious terrace in front of the house has a big table, comfortable chairs, outdoor kitchen/BBQ and gardenshower.

Consists of a small kitchen with ceramic plate, fridge, kitchen ventilator, panes and kitchen equipment. There is a sit space inside. From the bedroom with a double box spring bed and nightstand you can walk straight trough the with French door equipped double doors onto the terrace.
The big terrace has a breathtaking view over the sea and the village and is equipped with a pergola with sunscreens, sit space and romantic lighting. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, washing stand and walk-in-shower.
