than 3 weeks.
Availability:
Our house can be
rented though out the year. The minimal renting period is 3 days
(different price). The price is inclusive once a week 2 sets towels
p.p., bed linen and a cleaning. Also included are
water, electricity and the use of the Airco.

How to book the house:
We ask a down payment of 50% of the total booking price. One month
before you leave you have paid the other 50% and the security money
to our bank account.
The house is on the arrival date available from 14:00 h and on the
departure date it has to be free after 10:00 h.
Security money:
We ask 200 euro security money. After your stay you get this money
back if the house was left in good order and al that's in it was not
damaged in any way.
Pets and Smoking:
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.
Cash withdraw at the bank:
In the close by town of Kardamili 8 minutes with a car and in Stoupa (approximately
4 minutes) u can withdraw cash money.
Doctor:
There is a medical Centrum and a pharmacy in the village.
